Refund & Returns Policy

ByronBrownies do not refund for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged, or else we are short stocked, we will issue a refund.

ByronBrownies reserves the right to request photos of the original product.

Any dissatisfaction with the product(s) must be communicated to ByronBrownies within 24hrs of delivery. Call 0401 315450 or email [email protected]

ByronBrownies attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a good offered by ByronBrownies is not as described, our liability to you shall be limited to a refund for that good alone.

All goods are non-refundable unless in accordance with these terms.

ByronBrownies is not liable for failure to perform obligations, including but not limited to, the fulfillment of an order or a delivery, if such failure occurs as a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or another natural disaster) or any other event or phenomenon beyond ByronBrownies control.

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect, insufficient, or missing address details provided, ByronBrownies cannot accept responsibility for any loss experienced.

It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

When supplied with an incorrect address, the box will be re-directed to ByronBrownies and disposed of, being perishable products.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, the customer will lose the monies spent on both the gift box, add-ons, and delivery.
